Lebanon is a quaint, historic town in southwest Ohio, about 20 minutes north of Cincinnati. Lebanon is best known for being the home of Ohio's oldest inn, The Golden Lamb, where numerous presidents and historical figures have visited. Lebanon also has the distinction of being selected as one of Ohio's best hometowns, and we could not agree more!
![Redford, The township was initially created as Bucklin Township in 1827. Due to postal regulations prohibiting two post offices having the same name, when the township was further subdivided unique names had to be found. Thus Bucklin was divided into Pekin and Nankin, a result of a wave of interest in China. Pekin was further divided in 1833 into Redford and Dearborn Townships.
