Gilbert is a beautiful Phoenix suburb, however all of the houses look similar, both inside and out (the lack of originality and character is everywhere. Most of the houses were built in the 90's and are starting to need to be remodeled.

San Diego is where you want to be! The weather is great all year long. We are the 8th largest city in the US and 2nd largest city in CA. You can enjoy the beach, play in the snow and go hiking all on the same day.

Me and my fiancee are about to close escrow on our first home. We have been watching DIY for a very long time, we like most of the ideas and we both are handy with tools, however, neither of us have the creativity to turn a regular house, into the home of our dreams. Very Family oriented community with a small town feel but with the amenities of a large town. Beautiful walking/biking trails, Folsom Lake and the Great people!
