Located in the Lewis-Clark Valley, we are 15 minutes from the town of Lewiston, ID (pop 32K, a growing community of west coast ex-pats and rednecks. Sister-city Clarkston, WA (pop 7K shares access to our much much-loved Home Depot and Ziggy's home improvement store. The community is located at the crossing of the Snake and Clearwater Rivers, ranked #1 by Outdoor Life Magazine for outdoor living. Our fixer-upper home was built in 1965 on 6 acres along the Clearwater River on the Nez Perce Indian Reservation.
