We have rain 3/4 of year, summer is precious time when we can enjoy some outdoor living under the Sun!
so we need a roof for rain but don't want to block the precious sun light for summer time. Any solution? please come to Seattle, help!

Everett is about 20 miles north of Seattle. We are in an area considered a convergence zone for weather. Winter months have plenty of wind and rain, June to September is very nice here. Close to the water and the mountains there is always plenty of things to enjoy.

Technically - I live in Reseda. Lake Balboa is one block away. My friends call it "the ghetto". Despite the negative connotation - this neighborhood is changing. Its a great suburban neighborhood where you can walk to the park, dog park or the Farmers Market!

Our town is very hilly. Most homes in the area either have a large slope going away for their homes or slope towards. Most people have very small yards however ours is huge. Please come straight to our house. We are desperate. Our backyard is huge, has a large slope and is full of black and brown widow spiders. We are doing most of the work ourselves but could really use some help. Please Please Please knock on our door. If we don't answer head to the back. We are there every weekend.
