Shreveport, Louisiana - Exterior

The Shreveport/Bossier Metro Area is the 3rd largest area in Louisiana next to New Orleans and Baton Rouge. That's right there is more to Louisiana than New Orleans! We are probably best know for being the home of Barksdale Air Force Base and most recently being known as "Hollywood South." There have been numerous movies and tv shows shot in the area over the past 8-10 years or so. We are also the town that gave Elvis is big start on the Louisiana Hayride! We have numerious casinos and hotels that attract big name shows year round and the Louisiana Boardwalk is a great place for shopping and eating and just spending the day. There are plenty of places to go and festivals year round to keep you busy. I was born and raised in this town and must say, its a pretty great place to be! Not too big, not too small, but just right!

We have at least 5 national home improvement stores, so be sure to come to the northern stores, they are the closest to my house!
