Wake Forest, NC, Wake Forest is a small historic town located 10-12 miles north of Raleigh, NC. Its the original home to Wake Forest University and home to the South East Baptist Theological Seminary. It is a beautiful town where many people live and commute to work in the bigger cities like Raleigh, Durham, and the Research Triangle Park. Wake Forest could use the publicity of you coming to visit our quaint little town and I sure could use any of the "crasher" shows to come crash this disabled Veterans house., East Coast
Upper Marlboro, I live in a neighborhood where most of the people are retired and relaxing. My family is 1 of the young families in the neighborhood. Lets just say my yard looks like one of the crap. I call it the yard from hell. I am a city girl and I dont know anything about yard work. My husband is a Marine veteran and he is not a Sheriff and I am a Army veteran. WE ARE DESPERATE. I have NEVER seen yard crashers do an episode in Maryland. The closest I seen was when yard crashers did a yard seminar at a Home Depot in Maryland. , East Coast
Nashville, Nashville is considered one of the nation's best "boom towns!" A great balance of college town, tinsel town, retirement city, first-nesters-ville - Nashville is the Athens of the South - a place where 40+ years ago a young man met his future wife in college, decided to stay and raise a family, and is now crafting a life of retirement in the home he'd picked out over 35+ years ago. After a lifetime of handy work and ingenuity, a retired veteran is in need of more than just a few home improvement projects. When a "do-it-yourself-er" can no longer rely upon self to keep up with his beloved "fixer-upper", DIY House Crashers sets-up-shop to show what it really means to give to teach this independent soul how to let-go of a lifetime of clutter and learn the invaluable lesson of how to receive! This DIY crash is a first of its kind as the DIY team crashes the outside while reinvigorating the heart of a man who's daughter is in over her head! DIY gives this family the help they need to keep ahead of a home that has weathered with age. , South

In Need of Yard Crashing for Disabled Vet, SI sent a message earlier to the wrong dept I hope this one makes it to the right dept. I am writing because I have a request that you come out and either crash my yard or remodel our Master Bath let me tell you why and what concept I am asking and trying to present to you . My husband is a Military Veteran, just retired May of 2012. he is disabled and will need two knee replacement surgeries one on each knee and also back surgery due to serving the full 20 years in the Military while fighting for his country. We recently bought a nice home our first and started watching and recording all of your shows we love you, it has given us inspiration to try and do some projects but with all the pain he is in on a constant daily basis its next to impossible. Every day he goes to work At USAA and Drives Limo on the wee ends so he has two jobs and is still so proud to have served in the Military. He is a great husband and a father and goes so much further than the normal father to make us happy. Working two jobs and when active Military he worked three just because he wants to be the bread winner and wants the best for his family. He bought this house just because I wanted it a two story , he cant even go up stairs too much because it is too painful to go up stairs but we plan on getting a stair lift for him so he can go up stairs, then after purchasing the home we found out he cant soak in the downstairs Master Bath tub because he is too tall the tub has a back built in slope so he cant fit in properly so he just showers I just thought since you guys give away new yards . new master baths for your T V show I thought I would submit this on his behalf in hope that you may consider his works for our country and give to him a place where he could after working so had come home and relax I think he has given his all to his country and to his family and now that he is a civilian and his body has been sacrificed that when he comes home he could soak away some of the pain and have a place to relax I wish he could be one of the chosen few in which you grant a gift of space to relax, be it a spa bath or a yard Oasis with a Jacuzzi where he could soak away his daily pain since he cant soak in the tub. You could maybe air the show Veterans Day or air it Fathers Day and call the Show a Fathers Day Special Gift From HGTV . I just wish I could help get this for him as I am so grateful for him as a father ,a provider and just someone who has given his all to me and his country I thank you for your shows, ideas inspiration and taking the time out to read and consider this message for a potential future show you have helped a lot of wonderful families and entertained us all with ideas and dreams I just hope that you may choose him and make his dreams and ideas come true. We love your show. an Antonio Tx , South
