Rotten Front Porch,  I lived in Grafton West Virginia its a quit and very peacefull small town., East Coast
Blacksburg, Blacksburg is a small college town, home of Virginia Tech Hokies. Blacksburg is located in the New River Valley between the Blue Ridge and Alleghany Mountains. Enjoying nature, sports, hiking, gardening & all outdoor activities is a huge part of our community. Blacksburg is often ranked very high as one of the best places to live. Our community has a unique blend of residents from retirees, professors, families & college students. Being that Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine is located on the VT campus, pets are also very important part of our town. The scenic Huckleberry trails winds through Blacksburg connecting many neighborhoods making a close knit society., East Coast
Sisters Oregon is located along the Cascade Mountains of which I have 6 mountain views from my front porch!!!, Small town (population 2,000) large events. Sisters is NE of Bend Oregon and known world wide for our quilt show (town is transformed and thousands invade Sisters, also we have a very famous rodeo event each year. We are the gateway to winter, summer and fall/spring activities. There is an event every weekend in the summer here bringing in large crowds.  The crime rate here, I do not  know of any here (moving from bay area's crime ridden town has been so refreshing)., Pacific NW
Moses Lake, Our home town is a small, rural town with a lot of dust, sand and Mt. St. Helens ash. Moses Lake is very hot and dry in the summer. We have a large shallow lake surrounded by farmland.  The lake is the focal point of activity in the summer, as it is adjacent to some of the largest sand dunes in the northwest., Pacific NW
Magnolia, Small, but growing community that is located outside Houston. Country living, but not too far from surrounding towns for shopping and doctors., South
Stanfield, Quite & small town.  Don't blink or you will pass it.  The closest home store is 18 to 25 miles away., East Coast
