The pipes have frozen in the kitchen that has no basement under it. There was a hole dug. the next day the house cracked and it was filled in but has a slant towards that end of the house. They love it but I feel it needs more work then they can handle or can afford on thier own. They have a four month old baby and with the old wood floor he can not be on the floor to play. I worry about Lead in any of the old paints in the house. Worried mother, grandmother. I have told my daughter I was sending this in. She has house for contract for deed, the banks said it did not pass the inspections.
My husband & I have been living in the middle of a complete home rennovation for the last 7 months...my husband has recently left me and I have no where else to go. I am 5 1/2 months pregnant...expecting a baby boy the first of October. I need help getting the house put back together. I have most of the material and can purchase other things, plus I have all of the flooring and paint, etc but cannot do the work myself or pay an entire crew to get the work done. Can you please help? I can give a list of what remains to be done by email...
