Outdoor Kitchen, Having it all in a small space.  In a small side yard only 10 feet deep, a fully functional outdoor cooking area was designed for the homeowners.  36" grill, double side burner, bar sink, and under counter outdoor fridge all fitting within an L-shaped island measuring 9x4 feet (deepest). Our 1942 bath, Under $4,000, remodeled, old style 1940s bath with cast iron tub and sink, 2 inch thick concrete under tile.  Did all the work ourselves except electrical.  I was 54 yo and wife was 63.  Although it took about six weeks, we only worked on it about 4 hours a day on average, in the winter.  And it was worth it!, Bathrooms
