1950s gone wild, built in 1956still had all its old charm like metal cabnets wood floorsoriganal sink just made it pop, Kitchens
Erwin House Living Room, These are before during and after pictures all taken from the same spot. We added a second floor to our 1951 post-war cracker box. We raised the ceiling from 8 to 9 feet and opened up the whole downstairs. Stairs are solid ipe. , Living Rooms

When parents found out what I did for a living I kept hearing would you teach my kids art?... so I thought "ART SCHOOL"I wanted a creative fun inspirational place for the guys & gals  that take class here. Who would have thought a old 1935 basement would be a hub for comic / fantasy art! We have parents waiting room long art tables computer room and a kiddie section. , Living Rooms
